Supply Technologies completes acquisition of Heads & All Threads

Supply Technologies, one of the UK’s leading supply chain management specialists, has acquired a key vendor managed inventory provider in a move that will enhance its global footprint.

HAT, which has its headquarters in Birmingham, specialises in developing vendor-managed inventory programmes of fasteners, machined parts, and other Class C components to end markets which include construction, automotive, and various EMS markets. HAT has experienced significant sales growth over the past decade, expanding operations into the Czech Republic, Poland, and India, and evolving its programmes with world-class OEMs.

The acquisition increases Supply Technologies’ European supply network and brings the number of its UK distribution centres to eight.
